Ordering SimpleMind Desktop
SimpleMind desktop is a ModelMaker Tools product. SimpleMind desktop is only sold at on-line store ShareIt. ShareIt accepts credit cards, fax and bank/wire transfers. ShareIt provides a printable invoice upon purchasing. ShareIt automatically collects applicable VAT.
After your order has been confirmed by ShareIt, ModelMaker Tools sends your license and download instructions by email, usually within 48 hours. If you have not heard from us within one week, contact us.
Important: spam and mail filters should accept delivery email
To avoid the delivery email to be deleted by a spam filter, please, configure your mail filters to accept emails with the word SimpleMind in the subject. A zipped license file is attached to the delivery email. Make sure your filter accepts this attachment.
Order in other currencies than Euro
SimpleMind desktop is priced in Euros. As a service to our customers, We allow you to pay in other currencies, for example USD$ or GBP. Note: If you select any other currency than Euro, ShareIt charges up to an 8% on top of the actual exchange rate! We recommend you purchase in Euros to avoid this additional cost.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Instead, we have fully functional Trial versions of our products. These allow you to use our producst for a limited period of 30 days. Therefore, before ordering install the Trial to see if it fits your need.

- How can I order SimpleMind for the iPhone / iPod touch?. Only via the AppStore.
- Can I order SimpleMind desktop at the AppStore? No.
- I ordered and payed at ShareIt, but have not received a delivery email. What should I do?
First: give us approx 2 days time to process the order after ShareIt confirmed payment.
You can check the status of your order at the ShareIt Customer Care Center. If your order has been processed by ShareIt, check your spam filter / folder for an email with SimpleMind in the subject. If you cannot find this: contact support@simpleapps.eu - Are multi-user dicounts available? Yes, please contact use for details on a 10-user license or site-license.
VAT collection details
Technically you'll be buying SimpleMind desktop from on-line store ShareIt. Since ShareIt is based in Germany, in some cases 19% German VAT (MwSt) is applicable for European customers. Digital River, the owner of ShareIt, is also registered for tax purposes in Minnesota and Maryland USA. This is why USA customers coming from these states need to pay about 7% tax.
ShareIt automatically determines if VAT is applicable and collects VAT.
The VAT percentage that is applicable on all ShareIt orders (online or bank transfer) is depending on where you live and if you're ordering for a company or for personal use. The VAT will be added to the net product price.
- German residents or companies: 19% VAT (MwSt) will be charged.
- EU companies registered for VAT (except from Germany) and providing their VAT number: 0% VAT will be charged.
- EU residents not registered for VAT (personal use): 19% VAT will be charged.
- Customers from Minnesota and Maryland USA will be charged about 7% VAT ( the actual percentage is displayed in the online order form )
- In all other cases 0% VAT will be charged.
